Health & Safety: Practical Tips on Work Related Stress from a Compliance Perspective

About this event

Staff wellbeing and managing work related stress is often discussed in a direct HR context. We want to take the opportunity to discuss the legal requirements within existing health, safety and welfare legislation so Senior Managers have a clear understanding on why it makes sense to manage work related stress from a moral and legal perspective.

Building a strong foundation for stress management with a clear and concise stress management policy is key to ensuring the staff responsibilities, management competency and employee support systems work as they are intended.

Join us to review how the management of work-related stress forms part of your health and safety management system and how to ensure compliance to support staff in all aspects of their work.
