What this course contains

Having touched on an outline of the whole recruitment process, this course focuses on the preparation required and techniques available to design a robust selection process, choosing relevant selection tasks and running an effective recruitment interview. Including the merits of various assessments, a question planning workshop and selection day scheduling, it covers how to use the information gained in the interview to make the final decision, plus recommendation on debriefing candidates.
