Safer Recruitment from an HR perspective

During this session we will focus on the process of dealing with the disruption of short term, intermittent sickness absence and the processes for managing this. This will include the importance of RTW meetings, trigger points and welfare meetings, together with the more formal process of target setting and warnings in regard to attendance. This session will follow the process through to dismissal and appeal, so that the School is fully prepared to tackle these tricky situations. This session would be suited to SBMs, SLT and line managers that may be involved in managing staff attendance. 

Where

This course is delivered via Microsoft Teams. The sessions will run from 9.30am to approximately 12.30 pm, as there will be a screen break mid-session.

Attendees

These sessions will be very interactive and will therefore be limited to 20 people per session, that will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If however any sessions appear to be particularly popular more dates and sessions can be scheduled.

Cost

This course costs £30 + VAT per person for Judicium HR  Clients and £40 + VAT per person for non-Judicium HR Clients
