Training Agreement 

This agreement ensures both Judicium and the client understand the procedures that need to be followed so that instructor-led training is booked and delivered successfully.  

 

Live Training Course Information

All course details are available at: https://www.judiciumeducation.co.uk/training.  

 

This website displays all our training including: - 

 

  • Open Training Bookings: training sessions that anyone can book onto, usually scheduled for fixed dates (e.g. DPO Digest and CPD Live Sessions). 
  • Recorded Training: Pre-recorded video or audio content accessible anytime (e.g. our pre-recorded AI training modules). 
  • Bespoke Courses: Custom training tailored to a client’s needs (e.g. a request to deliver training to a specific school or department).  

 

Please Note: all course details are available on our website, unless you are arranging a bespoke training course directly with our team. 

 

Open Training Bookings:

1. Complete the booking form for the chosen session on the website.

2. Participants must either arrange payment in advance of the session or agree to be invoiced and make payment within 28 days of the relevant session. 

3. All information provided should be accurate and any changes must be recorded by the client promptly.  

4. The client's responsibility is to inform Judicium two calendar days before the session date if you can no longer attend.  

5. If attendance is cancelled within two calendar days of the agreed session, the client is liable for 100% of the course fees. 

6. Cancellations made more than two calendar days before the session will not incur any cancellation fees. 

7. Please note that if Judicium cancel a session they will provide as much notice as possible, providing a full refund for any participants who have made payment in advance. 

8. Judicium trainers will only cover topics within the scope of the advertised course content..  Additional topics that may be important to the attendees should be subject to attendance on specific courses or consultation with Judicium representatives outside of the course time. 

9. CPD certificates will be provided only for CPD live sessions or where otherwise stated in the training advertisement. 

 

 

Recorded Training:

 

1. Complete the booking form and make payment up front in order to access recorded training sessions.  

 2. All information provided should be accurate and any changes must be recorded by the client promptly.  

 3. Once the booking has been confirmed, cancellation requests are not possible and refunds do not apply. 

 4. Participants are required to complete the full hours listed in the course description and pass the course exam to receive their CPD certificate. 

 5. Every course includes an exam; participants are required to pass the exam (80%) to receive a certificate. The maximum number of attempts at the exam is two. 

 

Bespoke Courses: 

 

1. Bespoke training courses can be requested at any time, but subject to availability. It is recommended that training dates are booked at least eight weeks before the desired date.  
2. There is no guarantee that consultants will be able to provide training on the date requested, but every effort will be made to accommodate training requests. 
3. The client's responsibility is to inform Judicium two weeks before the agreed course date if the training session is no longer required.  
4. If courses are cancelled seven or fewer calendar days from the agreed training date, the client is liable for 100% of the course fees. 
5. If courses are cancelled with more than seven calendar days but fewer than 14 calendar days from the agreed training date, the client is liable for 50% of the course fees. 
6. Cancellations made more than two weeks before a course is due will not incur any cancellation fees. 
7. In case of inclement weather conditions in respect of on-site sessions, it is the client's responsibility to inform Judicium as soon as possible if the training needs to be cancelled.  Judicium is fully committed to delivering courses agreed upon, and will endeavour to make arrangements for the trainer to deliver training in these situations or any other eventualities. Cancellation due to such circumstances will be subject to the points above unless otherwise agreed with Judicium. 
8. Courses that are required to be translated into additional languages are subject to separate costs to be agreed with Judicium and the client. 
9. Course costs include all training materials. Training certificates, where applicable, are sent to the client to distribute to attendees.
