Course Overview

This course is an introduction into Changing Terms and Conditions.

Intended Outcomes

This course will provide you with an overview of Changing Terms and Conditions as follows:

  • How can I make changes to an employee's T&C's?
  • Making a variation to an employee's T&C's;
  • What to do if the employee agrees to the change?
  • When should the variation letter be issued?
  • How should the variation letter be filed?
  • What happens if the employee doesn't agree to the changes? and
  • Dismissal and re-engagement procedure.

Who is it for

This course is an introduction to Changing Terms and Conditions and is aimed at aspiring members of the Senior Leadership Team, newly appointed Line Managers, members of the Governing Body and School Business Managers new to the role.
