Developing Strategic Vision: Leading with Purpose and Confidence

About this event

Education leadership is being reshaped in real time. Rising demands, workforce pressures, competing priorities, and ever-higher expectations make it even more vital to look at HR from a strategic point of view.

Join us for the first ever People Matters webinar, led by Judicium Education HR, where we’ll explore what it takes to lead with purpose and confidence by building a strategic HR vision for your school/ trust that’s practical, compelling, and resilient under pressure.

You’ll leave with sharper insight into the realities facing schools and trusts today, plus actionable ways to assess your settings ‘health’ and move forward with purpose.

What we’ll cover in the session:

  • The Changing Landscape of Education
We’ll take a clear look at today’s key pain points across the sector, and the approaches we’re using to tackle them.

  • Organisational Health Checks
Assessing how well an organisation is functioning across key areas, what “healthy” looks like, and how this is being maintained over time.

  • How Your Trust/School Can Move Strategically
An exploration of three key principles that underpin strong strategic vision, helping you align people, priorities, and progress.
