Three Common HR Errors in Disciplinaries Including Governor Support
Although the vast majority of staff in schools are exceptional education professionals, there may come a time when an employee disregards the rulebook.
When this happens, it is so important to stick to your school or Trust’s policy, keeping in mind the ACAS code of practice to ensure you don’t end up with an unfair dismissal claim at your door.
We’re here to talk you through the biggest hang ups within the process and how to ensure you keep the process fair.
During the session we will be covering the following:
- Understanding the key roles within a disciplinary process
- Common issues raised by Trade Union representatives and when should you be concerned?
- The importance of a fair process
