This half-day course (3.5 hours) has been designed to prepare anyone with the responsibility for investigating accidents to gather the necessary information to report accidents in line with legal requirements and to carry out suitable investigations to prevent re occurrence.

  • Conduct suitable and sufficient investigations into accident causation and make appropriate recommendations
  • Define the benefits of applied monitoring techniques in identifying action plans

Who It's For

This course has been designed to prepare anyone with the responsibility for investigating accidents to gather the necessary information to report accidents in line with legal requirements and to carry out suitable investigations to prevent reoccurrence.

Additional Information

The course costs £793 + VAT and can be delivered on site for up to 16 delegates.

For schools that do not subscribe to our Health & Safety Support Service, fees are £1,192 + VAT.

Assessment

To successfully complete the course, attendees will be required to pass a short assessment.

Cancellation Instructions

The client's responsibility is to inform Judicium at least two weeks before the agreed course date if the training session is no longer required.  

If courses are cancelled with more than seven calendar days but fewer than 14 calendar days from the agreed training date, the client is liable for 50% of the course fees. 

If courses are cancelled seven or fewer calendar days from the agreed training date, the client is liable for 100% of the course fees.
