Who is it for?

This session is aimed at for members of staff that are most likely be involved in reviewing  and processing SPL requests. This is likely to include members of SLT, SBMs and HR Team members.

Briefing Overview

SPL is not a new family friendly right, but we have definitely seen an increase in requests for SPL since the pandemic across our client base.

At first sight reviewing and dealing with a SPL can seem complex and daunting, but that need not be the case. In this session that we will go through how requests are utilised in the sector to maximise periods of full pay, an overview of the paperwork required to make a request and common misconceptions surrounding SPL, so that you feel equipped to deal with future requests for SPL.

Cost

The cost of this briefing is £30 plus VAT per person for Employment Law and HR Clients and £45 plus VAT per person for non - Employment Law and HR Clients.
