As the academic year comes to a close, this final briefing session is designed to support school leaders and managers in prioritising staff wellbeing during a critical transition period. With the end of term often bringing increased pressure, fatigue, and change, now is the time to pause, reflect, and plan meaningful support.

In this focused 45-minute session, we will explore how to identify which staff may need additional support as the term ends and consider what practical steps can be taken to promote wellbeing both before the break and throughout the school closure period. The session will highlight common risk factors, early warning signs, and simple but effective actions leaders can take to help staff step into the summer feeling supported and able to recharge.

  • Identify staff who may need support

  • 9.30am – 10.15am.

  • This course will be run remotely via Zoom.

Cost

The cost of this briefing is £30 plus VAT per person for Employment Law and HR Clients and £45 plus VAT per person for non - Employment Law and HR Clients.
