Whether you want an established course or an entirely new training package crafted to your specific needs, we provide EDI training to help your organisation meet requirements under the Equality Act 2010, go beyond compliance and avoid discrimination through behaviours, language, attitudes, conscious and unconscious bias and actions.

The session covers all areas of equality legislation, policies, processes, procedures, best practice, and a guide to developing an EDI Strategy/action plan.

Training is also invaluable as part of a refresher and/or could be a recommended outcome of an HR process e.g., line management development, grievance or disciplinary.

Cost

  • This session is charged at £250 per hour. Discounts applied for Employment Law & HR Clients at £175 per hour.  Where the session is to be delivered on site, reasonable travel expenses will be charged in addition to the session cost.
