This session will provide governors and trustees with effective strategies and the tools that they need to ensure that questions, asked at committee and board meetings, are relevant, focused on key aspects of performance and, when answered, deepen the knowledge of governance, ensuring that boards are demonstrating effective accountability and using that knowledge to inform effective decision making.
