Misogyny and Toxic Masculinity – what governors and trustees need to know
This session explores the growing issue of misogyny and its impact in our schools and trusts. We will provide an overview of the topic, with insights into how governance, both in academy trusts and maintained schools should be monitoring their school’s responses. We will share examples of the right questions to ask, in order to seek assurance that governance is aware and has an appropriate strategic overview and provide links to helpful and relevant resources where governors and trustees can further deepen their knowledge on this topic.
