RSHE – what governors and trustees need to know in 2026
New statutory guidance on The Relationships Education, Relationships and Sex Education and Health Education (England) Regulations 2019, comes into effect on 1st September 2026. This session will explore the guidance in general and what the implications are for schools generally, but governance in particular. We will focus on the key changes implemented from September and explore what effective strategic governance overview looks like, within the context of our compliance role.
