About this scheduled Safeguarding course
Safeguarding Training for Governors
This CPD accredited 2-hour course provides Safeguarding Training to Governors/Trustees. The session fits with the requirements within Keeping Children Safe in Education and will cover a range of key safeguarding information.
This course provides attendees with the knowledge to understand the following:
- Key responsibilities within safeguarding, including the role of the DSL
- Key responsibilities for governing bodies
- Different types of abuse and safeguarding concerns
- Practical steps to support your school’s safeguarding
Assessment
Attendees will be required to pass a short multiple-choice test

- The course costs £100.00 + VAT for Judicium Safeguarding Clients and £150.00 + VAT for non-Judicium Safeguarding Clients
