Strengthening Your School(s) Workforce with Overseas Talent

Across the UK, schools and Multi Academy Trusts are facing increasing pressure to recruit and retain high‑quality teachers. With subject shortages growing and competition for talent intensifying, many institutions are now looking beyond UK borders to secure the skilled educators they need.

To support this shift, we are hosting a comprehensive, expert‑led training session designed to help schools confidently navigate UK immigration rules and successfully employ teachers from overseas.

This session will equip your leadership and HR teams with the knowledge, tools, and practical steps required to recruit internationally—while ensuring full compliance with Home Office regulations.

Our programme provides clear, actionable guidance tailored specifically for schools and MATs:

  • StepbyStep Overseas Recruitment Process - From identifying candidates to onboarding them in the UK.
