Construction Design and Management (CDM) - Regulation Change

The Construction Design and Management Regulations 2007 have been amended and CDM 2015 will be released on 6th April 2015.

To coincide with these changes all schools should review their Managing Contractors Policy. Judicium Education have a new Policy available which includes a section explaining a school's responsibilities under CDM 2015, a Contractors Competence Questionnaire and a detailed Permit to Work section.
