Judicium is very excited to announce our next 'On the Sofa' session:
'On The Sofa with Isthar Pearce' | CMIOSH
Assistant Head of Health & Safety | Head of Health & Safety Training
We will be running this session on Thursday the 4th of June at 2:00pm and again at 3:30pm via Zoom.
Some of the topics we will be covering:
- Fire Maintenance;
- Staff Welfare;
- First Aid Responders
- Preparing the school grounds and PPE
But feel free to email us with any questions you might have in advance, and we can try and answer them all on the sofa.
Our sessions are very informal and relaxed. These are designed to connect senior leaders from various education settings. Whether you are a rural primary or a large scale MAT, we will be looking at and discussing some challenges and solutions around Health & Safety.
Would it be something you would like to participate in? You'll have the opportunity to ask our Health and Safety professionals any questions that you may have.
Let us introduce you to this week's professional speaker:
Isthar is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Safety and Health (IOSH). She has worked across several sectors for Health and Safety including local government, social housing, and manufacturing but specialises in education and further education.
Ishtar's responsibilities include providing training consultancy services and Health and Safety training to a wide range of Schools, Academies, Multi-Academy Trusts and Independent Schools. Additionally, Ishtar's duties still include supporting our Schools to understand their legal requirements and guiding them on how to implement an effective Health and Safety Management as well as the development of the service alongside Graeme Holland.
To unwind, Isthar loves to do yoga and read. Her top three must-read books are: The 7th Habit of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey; One Hundred Years Solicitude by Gabriel Garcia Marquez and Animal Farm by George Orwell.
Additionally, our June 'On the Sofa' calendar is out now!
Please feel free to email me to get yourself booked into any of our upcoming sessions.
If you would like to join us please email me with your preferred time slot and I'll get you booked into the session.
Once confirmed I will be able to send across the required links to access on the day. Unfortunately, to ensure online security, only those who have booked will be able to attend the session.
We look forward to seeing you there!
Kindest Regards,
