Planned Preventative Maintenance: It's More Than Just a Safe Building

About this event

At the heart of good maintenance is proactivity!

Planned Preventative Maintenance helps schools preserve their properties’ condition, prevent problems and avoid failures, breakages and unexpected costs.

But how can schools incorporate a PPM program to maximise its benefits?

During the session we will be looking at:

    • Understanding what planned preventative maintenance programs are

    • Reviewing delegated responsibilities for school staff
    • Managing contractors - Competency and safe working.
    • Remedial works - Priorities, budgets and record-keeping

Let us introduce you to this week's professional speaker
