Freedom of Information (FOI) Requests in 45 Minutes
The office of National Statistics reported that 2022 saw the largest number of FOI requests during a year since monitoring began in 2005.
There were 52,740 FOI requests received across all monitored bodies - a 2.4% increase from 2021.
As FOI requests become more commonplace, it’s important to get to grips with them so you can make your processes as problem-free as possible.
We’ll take you through our 45-minute guide to help staff with limited experience of freedom of information understand the process
During the session we will be looking at:
- Recognising a request
- What to do when a request is received
- When can requests be refused?
