Employee vs Employee: Unlocking the Power of Mediation when Grievances Fall Short

About this event

In schools it’s not uncommon for instances of personality clashes, communication failings, relationship breakdowns or even bullying to develop between staff members.

Unfortunately, these circumstances often amount to an employee submitting a grievance against the other, which may not facilitate the desired outcome for either party.

This is where mediation can work wonders.

During the session we will be covering the following:

          • Why grievances were never intended to resolve disputes between colleagues (and therefore why they simply don’t work)
        • How mediation can be used as a better solution to these problems
        • Why mediation is the most cost effective and successful approach in the long run.

Let us introduce you to this week's professional speaker
