Safeguarding - Supervision on the Sofa: Your DSL's Safe Space
Join us to find out how prioritising DSL supervision could be the most strategic safeguarding step you take this year.
Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) are the backbone of school safeguarding, but too often, they’re left carrying the weight alone. In this essential Sofa Session, we turn the focus to those who protect others. We'll unpack how structured supervision can provide DSLs with the space, support, and reflection they need to remain effective, resilient, and professionally fulfilled.
If you’re a school or trust leader looking to build a truly sustainable safeguarding culture, one that supports your staff as well as your pupils, this session is for you.
During the session we will be discussing the following:
-
-
- What good supervision looks like in practice
- Common myths and misunderstandings about supervision
- How supervision supports DSLs’ wellbeing and CPD
-
Let us introduce you to this week's professional speakers
