About this scheduled Safeguarding course
Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE) and Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) Training
This two-hour CPD accredited course, developed by a former Detective Sergeant in a child exploitation policing team, demystifies the complex phenomena of CCE and CSE. This course is suitable for all staff working with children. The session describes the indicators children at risk of exploitation might display, and how staff can safeguard these students effectively.
This CPD course provides attendees with the knowledge to understand the following:
- How and why young people are exploited
- How safeguarding partners engage with these children and
- Highlights must-know Safeguarding Practice Reviews for education
