Building a Culture of Support: Prioritising Staff Wellbeing in Schools
In today’s education environment, staff wellbeing isn’t just another initiative—it’s a leadership priority. School leaders, HR professionals, and governors all play a vital role in creating a culture where staff feel supported, valued, and able to thrive.
In this Sofa Session, we’ll explore how schools can embed staff wellbeing into their culture, meet their duty of care obligations, and use data and insight to strengthen staff experience and retention.
During the session we will be covering the following:
- The legal and moral duty of care schools have towards their staff
- How to embed wellbeing into school culture, leadership, and daily practice, enabling staff to thrive not just survive
- How to monitor effectiveness, identify patterns, and respond to areas of concern
