HR: Three Common HR Disciplinary Errors 11:30AM

About this event
In most schools there will come a time when an employee misbehaves or breaks the code of conduct. When this occurs, it must be treated in accordance with your school’s policy and within the ACAS code of practice. If you do not go through your disciplinary procedure correctly, then you could see yourself facing an unfair dismissal claim.

But where does it commonly go wrong?

During this sofa session we will be discussing:

  • Whether to record or not to record meetings?
  • Who can and Who can’t we allow into the meeting?
  • Finishing with how to avoid common process derailing techniques.

Let us introduce you to this week's professional speaker
