Complaints; the role of governance

This session is aimed at governors and trustees who are asked to serve on a Complaint Panel in their school or trust. We will explore all elements of the complaint process, including the latest Department for Education (DfE) guidance outlining the role and responsibilities of those in governance. The session will be a mix of tutor input, combined with the opportunity to ask questions, and have them answered, in real time.
