Preparedness for Ofsted

This session is aimed at governors and trustees whose school is expecting an Ofsted inspection. We will explore the key judgements that Ofsted will make under the new framework, including the new Leadership & Governance judgement. Our focus will be on the evidence that inspectors expect to find.  We will ensure you are aware of what governance is expected to know, in order to be judged effective when governors and trustees are interviewed by inspectors, whilst considering appropriate responses, that reflect the effectiveness of their role.
