The Governance of Risk Management in Schools and Trusts
Risk is present in all organisations and in schools it is the responsibility of the governing body/trust board to monitor the management of risk. This session will explore how risk management should be on the governance agenda and the expectations of governors and trustees in terms of how they monitor risk assessment, management and mitigation of risk.
