Health & Safety

What Does a Good Compliance Training Programme Look Like?

About this event

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) states human failure is linked to nearly all accidents and incidents, and managing human error should be integral to the safety management system. One way to mitigate this is with excellent training.

Training is required to remain compliant and should be one of the pillars of the health and safety system at your school or Trust.

During the session we will be looking at:

  • Clarifying the essential training requirements to maintain legal compliance and implement best practice

    • How to identify specialist areas and specific training needs
    • Implementing a rolling training program to identify training formats and refresher periods

Let us introduce you to this week's professional speaker
