How to Handle a Grievance at the End of Term

About this event

Often towards the end of the summer term, when staff are tired and tempers are frayed, seemingly good colleague relationships can sometimes breakdown.

Here at Judicium Education we usually deal with an influx of grievances/counter grievances cases from clients at the end of the summer term.

With stricter time constraints, it’s important that you follow your policy to ensure a fair and correct grievance process, and we have some tips to keep it as smooth as possible.

During the session we will be covering the following:

    • The best way to approach grievances.
    • How to manage staff relationships whilst any grievance is ongoing.
    • Top tips for managing grievances and the pitfalls to avoid in the summer term.
