Who is it for?

This briefing is aimed at those who are likely to be involved in managing or overseeing grievance processes. This is likely to include members of SLT, SBMs, HR team members or line managers. However, this session could also be of interest to Trustees and Governors who may at times also be involved in Grievance Processes or asked to conduct a grievance hearing/meeting.

This briefing will provide practical advice and guidance on the best way to approach grievance hearings/meetings, to ensure that staff/governors/trustees are fully prepared and can get the most out of these difficult discussions.
