This practical safeguarding session is designed to give school leaders, Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs), and HR professionals’ greater confidence in identifying, assessing, and responding to concerns about adults working with children.

Through real-world examples, case discussions, and the latest statutory guidance, we’ll explore how to apply thresholds effectively — ensuring proportionate, fair, and consistent decision-making.
