Georgina de Costa

Head of Strategic Partnerships

Georgina is Head of Growth and Partnerships for Professional Services at Supporting Education Group (SEG), working across Judicium Education, Neo Payroll and School Business Services. She partners with established multi-academy trusts to strengthen strategic compliance planning and reporting, shaping and delivering MAT-specific service models that support operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Georgina began her career with Judicium nearly ten years ago and has progressed through a range of roles. This experience has enabled her to develop deep sector knowledge, a strong cross-functional understanding, and a proven track record in strategic delivery and partnership development.

Alongside her professional role, she serves as Vice Chair of Trustees and Chair of Resources at a Voluntary Aided Primary School. This governance and financial leadership experience provides practical, real-world insight that informs her work with trusts and strengthens the support she provides to senior leaders.
