Graeme Holland

Director: Operations and Product

Graeme Holland is the Assistant Director of Operations and Product at Judicium Education. Previously Head of Health, Safety, Fire, and Facilities, Graeme has spent over 25 years in the health and safety industry, including 18 years expanding and shaping Judicium’s Health & Safety services. A Chartered Member of IOSH, he combines strong business acumen with a collaborative approach to deliver practical, client-focused solutions that go beyond compliance.

Graeme’s leadership ensures services are tailored to meet both legal requirements and client goals, making Judicium a trusted partner in health, safety, and fire management. Outside work, he is an ex-England lacrosse player and holds a 5th-degree black belt in Taekwondo at international instructor level, where he is known for his legendary teaching style.
