Jonathan Davies

Senior Health, Safety and Fire Consultant

Jonathan is a specialist in high-risk areas within schools, particularly science departments, providing practical guidance, templates, and expert support to ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.

Over the past three years at Judicium, he has supported schools in achieving full compliance across a wide range of H&S and fire safety topics, delivering solutions tailored to each setting. Prior to this, Jonathan gained more than seven years’ experience leading H&S initiatives within schools, focusing on science department requirements while also managing whole-school and trust-level responsibilities for health, safety, and wellbeing. He has created guidance, templates, and eLearning courses to upskill staff, and continues to lead H&S consultancy support for multiple trusts of varying sizes.

Jonathan holds a science-based joint honours degree and a master’s degree, with an additional qualification in applied health and safety. He is a Chartered Member of IOSH and undertakes ongoing CPD in health, safety, and fire safety, earning recognition for professional service excellence through internal awards.
