Who is it for?

This briefing is aimed at members of SLT, middle managers, SBMs and HR Team members, to ensure the new duty to prevent sexual harassment is complied with. It may also be helpful for Governors and Trustees to attend, so they are also aware of this new law and the implications.

Briefing Overview

In this briefing we will provide an overview of the new law coming into force in October 2024. We will also provide guidance and practical tips on how you can prepare for the change, so that you can demonstrate that you have taken ‘reasonable steps’ to prevent sexual harassment moving forward.
