Breakfast Briefing – Utilising and ending fixed term contracts

Who is it for?

This session is aimed at members of staff that are most likely be involved in the recruitment of, or termination of fixed term contracts. This is likely to include members of SLT, SBMs and HR Team members.

Briefing Overview

In this briefing we will provide an overview of best practice use of FTC including: when a FTC should be used,  ensuring notice provisions are correctly applied, how and when to end a FTC (and the implications that the Modification Order may have on this) and, finally,  termination of FTC when family friendly rights may have come into play.

Cost

The cost of this briefing is £30 plus VAT per person for Employment Law and HR Clients and £45 plus VAT per person for non - Employment Law and HR Clients.
