What this course contains:

This course summarises the basic steps, procedures and legal considerations involved in managing a grievance both formally and informally. By the end of the training, delegates should have a better understanding of the general process and feel confident in applying this knowledge to the examples contained within the Learning Review section.

Who is this course for:

This course has been developed as an introduction to the grievance process and is aimed at aspiring members of the Senior Leadership Team, newly appointed Line Managers, members of the Governing Body and School Business Managers new to the role.
