Newsflash - DPO service

DPO service

This is a new and difficult time for staff, parents and pupils alike. Please do rest assured that the DPO team will be able to provide data protection and freedom of information support to your school(s).

Audits

If your school remains open to staff during the shut down and you permit us to visit we are able to complete audits. If you are not able to provide us access, it is possible (in these circumstances) to complete the audit via a phone call. Please do let us know if you are interested in a remote audit via phone call and we can confirm suitable dates and times as well as detailing next steps for you. Please note that if we do conduct an audit by telephone, we will adapt our report to reflect this change. Reports will include the following caveat:-

Due to the Corona Virus the report was completed via a phone call with the Judicium Consultant and the key contact for data protection within the school. A sample of evidence was provided where possible.

Documents can be provided prior to/following the audit using the documents section of your Jedu client portal.

E-Learning

We continue to have our e-learning sessions in place for staff to complete and these can be accessed by all staff remotely. This can be a good opportunity for staff to catch up on their GDPR training.  If you have not set up an e-learning admin contact (who can distribute and view training progress) then do email support@judicium.com.

If you require further guidance on suitable training sessions for staff do let us know. For those that have completed all of the required modules previously, do keep an eye out for our newsflashes in the coming weeks where we will be launching a couple of refresher sessions for staff.

Advice and Assistance

You can of course contact data services at any time via our normal contact details: -
Email: dataservices@judicium.com
Telephone: 0203 326 9174
It is recommended that this is via email if possible. Please be confident that our consultants are equipped to work from home offices and we are well placed to provide our service as normal
