Course Overview:
The aim of this course is to refresh knowledge and understanding of how to ensure contactors working on school premises are effectively managed.
Intended Outcomes:
The aim of the course is to provide you with the following knowledge:
- Key legal requirements for managing contractors
- How to appoint and assess new contractors
- How to plan and manage contractor-led work
- How to ensure safe working practices are in place
- How to monitor contractor performance and ensure continuous improvement

Designed for Premises Managers / Premises Officers.

This course is available as part of our eLearning annual licence which includes unlimited access to the full Health and Safety eLearning Library for £1,385 plus VAT per annum.
Alternatively, if your school subscribes to our annual Health and Safety Support Service, you will receive access to our entire health and safety eLearning library at no extra cost.
Assessment:
To successfully complete the course, learners will be required to pass a short assessment.
CPD:
Upon successful completion of the course learners will be issued a CPD accredited certificate to download. The course equates to 45 minutes of CPD.
