Intended Outcomes

After the session participants should be aware of and understand:

• What is involved in a fair recruitment process;
• The potential pitfalls in recruitment and how to avoid these;
• The main types of discrimination that may arise in a recruitment process and
• The requirements of KCSIE throughout the recruitment process.

Time

• 9.30am – 1.00pm

Location

• This course will be run remotely via Zoom.

Cost

• The cost of this session is £110 plus VAT per person for clients of the Employment Law and HR Service and £140 plus VAT per person for non-Employment Law and HR Service Clients.

CPD

This course equates to 3 hours of CPD and following attendance on the course, participants will be sent electronic copies of their CPD certificate, along with copies of the slides and activities discussed during the session.
