What this course contains:

Delegates working through the training pages will learn the basic principles of positive and effective staff appraisal and will be given an opportunity to reflect on how to get the best out of the appraisal process. The training material provides an overview of SMART targets, informs delegates on how to give effective feedback and sets out the fundamental basics involved in conducting an interim or end of year review.

Who is this course for:

This course is specifically aimed at aspiring Line Managers and newly appointed School Business Managers, who have no previous experience of the Performance Management Cycle within the context of a school environment.
